This course focuses on evidence-based nursing care of infants, children, and adolescents. Information from liberal arts, information technology and all courses in the nursing curriculum are applied to pediatric situations. Current therapies and interventions will be discussed and evaluated. Patient outcomes will be used to determine effectiveness of nursing care.
Note: Failure in this course (grade less than C+) will result in repeating this course when offered.
