INBU 447 - International Finance Credit(s): 3 3 hours lecture, 3 hours contact Prerequisite(s): FINC 235 This course explores the financial challenges and opportunities that companies encounter in global markets, equipping students with the tools to make strategic decisions in an international context. Students learn to manage currency and country risk, evaluate foreign investment projects, and optimize international capital structures. Topics also include multinational capital budgeting, foreign exchange exposure, international financing strategies, and real options in cross-border investments. Through cases, discussions, and applied analysis, students gain practical experience in international financial decision-making and prepare for careers in global firms.
