COMM 398 - Communications Research Methods (cc) Credit(s): 3 Prerequisite(s): ENGL 111 This course examines the use of research techniques, measurement tools and resources to inform corporate communication planning and programming decisions. The course focuses on types, sources and uses of primary and secondary data, examines methods of conducting research, and reviews processes used in the corporate communications profession to evaluate program success and performance.
