BHSC 370 - Statistics for the Social and Behavioral Sciences Credit(s): 3 Cross-Listed With: PSYN 370 , SOCL 370 A review of the major statistical methods used in summarizing, understanding, and interpreting numerical data and research use of the computer. The course covers a full range of descriptive and inferential statistics including: frequency distributions; measures of central tendency and variability; probability theory; the normal curve model; correlation; and a wide range of statistical tests such as the T test, F test, analysis of variance and Chi-square.
