BIOL 220 - Environmental Biology Credit(s): 3 3 hours lecture, 3 hours contact Prerequisite(s): BIOL 160 , BIOL 160A , BIOL 161 , BIOL 161A and MATH 116 or higher This course introduces students to environmental biology, including the knowledge and practical skills in GIS (geographical information systems) and application of commonly used methods. Students will complete interactive GIS labs to gain hands-on experience with contemporary concepts in environmental science, conservation biology, and environmental health.
