In an increasingly interconnected world, the ability to think strategically and manage effectively across borders is critical. This course provides students with a comprehensive framework to understand and analyze the global business landscape. Emphasizing both theory and application, students will explore how multinational enterprises (MNEs) develop and implement international strategies in response to diverse political, economic, and cultural environments.

Key focus areas include strategy formulation for multinational firms, cross-border organizational design, subsidiary management, and institutional influences on international operations. Students will learn to construct strategic analyses using foundational international business models, and they will critically examine real-world challenges such as foreign market entry, coordination between headquarters and subsidiaries, and the implications of global interdependence.

Through case studies, group exercises, and active classroom dialogue, students will apply concepts to complex international business scenarios - equipping them to make informed decisions in global corporate settings.
