*ECON 125 , ECON 220 , ECON 221 , and ECON 230 , MATH 116 and MATH 120 /CISC 120 or MATH 131 /CISC 131 are Prerequisites for the major and must be used to fulfill general education requirements.

Students who choose the major in Business Administration with a specialization in Sport Management must complete:

There is a 15-credit residency requirement in the major, which must be satisfied by Business Administration courses numbered 295 or above, or Accounting courses numbered 240 or above.

Students who do not have full-time jobs should try to use their open electives for internship.

Earn Twelve credits from any of the seven courses below:
SPMG 300 - Foundations Sport Management
SPMG 330 - Sport Marketing
SPMG 336 - Sport Law
SPMG 397 - Independent Study Sport Mgmt
(with requisite approvals) Credits / Units: 1-3
SPMG 430 - Sport Facility & Event Mgmt
SPMG 432 - Sport Finance & Administration
SPMG 434 - Sport & Society
And six credits from the following:
SPMG 450 - App Res Analysis Sports Mgt (mandatory for specialization)
MGMT 460 - Strategic Management (senior-level cap- stone course — mandatory)
