SCPY 704 - Psychl & Educnl Assessment Credit(s): 3 3 hours lecture, 3 hours contact Components of a “best practice” school-based assessment process will be identified and examined as a data-based tool for decision making regarding individual and systems-level interventions. Relevant statistical and measurement concepts will be presented as vehicles to derive and interpret test results and understand test construction. Social, cultural, legal, and ethical issues in assessment and practice will be considered.
