PARA 206 - Substantive Law/Document Draft Credit(s): 3 3 hours lecture, 3 hours contact Prerequisite(s): LAWS 130 and ENGL 111 This course will introduce the student to the law of torts, agency, contracts, commercial transactions, tax and bankruptcy. The student will learn how legal documents are structured and the art of drafting them, and will draft documents pertinent to the substantive areas of law covered in this course.
