EXSC 360 - Exercise Kinesiology Credit(s): 3 3 hours lecture, 3 hours contact Prerequisite(s): BIOL 131 /BIOL 131A , EXSC 230 , PHYS 160 or PHYS 120 This course provides the student with a strong, functional understanding of anatomy. A comprehensive study of structure and function with regard to joints, muscles/tendons, ligaments and application of basic physics principles are covered. Material will include osteokinematics, arthokinematics, static and dynamic stability, and muscle activity to facilitate the learner’s ability to analyze movement. Offered fall & spring semesters.
