CISC 311 - Object/Structure/Algorithim I Credit(s): 3 3 hours lecture, 3 hours contact Prerequisite(s): CISC 231 /MATH 231 and MATH 244 . This course builds upon the Foundations of Computing courses and presents concepts and techniques essential for working in a modern software development environment. These include object-oriented programming, exception handling, linear and nonlinear data structures, and data structure libraries. Software engineering and object-oriented design concepts are discussed using case studies and software projects.
