ANLC 774 - Project Management Credit(s): 3 Prerequisite(s): MBAA 601 and ANLC 751 Project Management is a course that covers the main components of project management, including scope definition, project scheduling, controlling, time/cost constraints, performance measurement and resource allocation. It also examines the necessary interpersonal and behavioral skills that are necessary for leading successful projects. Project management topics are explored with a practical, hands-on approach. Students will use state-of-the-art project management tools.
