MPAT 503 - Law, Government and the Political Process Credit(s): 3 3 semester hours The course is designed to strengthen the student’s knowledge of the major aspects and functions of the United States government. Particular attention is placed on the political process in which laws are enacted, implemented and modified. Students gain a basic ability to implement the advocacy role at the federal, state and local levels.
