PUAD 606 - Legal and Ethical Aspects of Public Administration Credit(s): 3 This course is designed to expose students to the legal framework of public administration and the ethical challenges faced by public servants and managers. Through theory and case study, students will examine the principles of Constitutional Law and the institutions of American Government. Students will explore the development of the administrative agency as a modern legal and social institution of American society. Students will also explore the relationship to the other branches of government.
