PUAD 701 - Program Evaluation Credit(s): 3 This course explains the main characteristics of public and non-profit program evaluation and gives the student the basic skills needed to conduct evaluations. It covers the following: assessing the need for a program; assessment of program design and logic/theory; assessment of how programs are implemented; assessment of program outcomes and/or impact; and assessment of program cost and efficiency.
