VETC 101 - Introduction to Veterinary Science

Prerequisite(s): ENGL 111 , MATH 116 .
Corequisite(s): BIOL 160 , BIOL 160A .
This course is an introduction to the veterinary profession. It provides students with an overview of veterinary science and technology. Subjects pertinent to all the veterinary sciences are discussed, with brief introductions to medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, behavior, exotics and pathology.
